Sofie, a 10-year-old little girl, is on the adventure of a lifetime when she meets the BFG, the Big Friendly Giant. Of course, she is scared at first but soon realizes that the 24-foot behemoth is actually a friendly, charming and kind giant. Their friendship grows but soon, Sophie’s presence attracts the attention of Bloodbottler, Fleshlumpeater and other giants who are not as kind. After traveling to London, Sophie and the BFG must convince Queen Victoria to help them get rid of all the bad giants once and for all.
